About the GCRC Bionutrition Core
 The Bionutrition Core includes a research kitchen and personnel trained in nutrition research methodologies. The team is equipped to provide a wide variety of nutrition research services to studies conducted on the GCRC. They do not provide services directly to the public.
In addition to servicing studies on the GCRC, they provide internships to undergraduate and graduate students interested in learning more about nutrition research.
